Line Up Announced at Shildon Civic 14th Dec

Recording - I love the weekend Album

Pre-recording has started with the the re-recording of the I Love The Weekend Album we have set a date of the end of Sept to complete recording as for studio mixing this may take a bit longer as we don't want to rush things but the completed album will be  available for download on i tunes etc initially and cd shortly afterwards for definate this year  we really looking forward to the completed  article after the disappointments  of the past, this time  professional engineer Steve Hoggart is looking after this project, now where have we heard that name

Whats Next

We don't have a booked gig until the Punkskinskaandmod Fest 14th September plus a radio podcast interview also in September but they is a possibility we may play a Festival 24th August in the North East we will have to wait and see. In the meantime we are trying to fit  some recording in and rehearse some new tunes which will be included  into the set in the coming months

FUN IN THE SUN 2nd - 4th August

We are again to play our part in The Festival Weekend at The Sun Stockton performing on the last day of a long Weekend of great music

BEDLINGTON Bank Top 26th July

Members of Snide Remarks and The Amazing Space Frogs are to be interviewed before the gig  by Martin Blank for his forth coming book on North East Punk Rock 77-80 The  link to Snide Remarks are bands   Forward Childhood ,The Lice,The Amazing Space Frogs

We will be opening a Xmas Show at Shildon Civic Hall on 14th Dec supporting Eddie And The Hot Rods -More bands TBA

Punkskinskamod Fest

Due to massive interest The punkskinskamod Fest (In Yer Face )at Blind Tiger Bolton 14th Sept has  moved Venue to Hardy Hall Little Lever Bolton ,they is to be a tattoo artist on site and

various punk and alternative stalls, parking and camping for 50 tents

King Kennys Punk rock Show

Snide Tracks will be played on King Kennys Punk Rock Show on Tuesdays 10pm from 18th June and possibly a interview to follow watch this space

Lastest Interview with Teesside Band Archive Podcast

We are to be interviewed by  Teesside Punk Legend John Hodgson (Blank Frank)  Pod Cast  show Teesside Bands Archive on  12th September John was a member of Teesside Legends  Blitzkrieg Bop and The Basczax in the late 70s and  80s  we are  to perform 3 accoustic tracks (Possibly) now that is going to be worth a listen -

Practice

Paul Tattersall joined us for his first rehearsal and we hoping he will be ready for Shildon on 8th June this will be the first time ever Snides being a 5 piece and we looking forward to the reaction
